Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of InspoTap (the “Service”), a platform for creating a public profile and photo grid with clickable, shoppable links (“hotspots”) pinned to items in your photos. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use InspoTap.

You retain ownership of any photos, captions, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading Your Content, you grant InspoTap a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate and provide the Service — including on your public profile page, which is visible to anyone with the link.

You're solely responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to post it. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights), is fraudulent or deceptive, or violates any applicable law.

Hotspots you place on your photos link out to third-party retailers, marketplaces, or other external sites you choose. InspoTap is not a party to any transaction that happens on those third-party sites, doesn't control their content or availability, and isn't responsible for the products, pricing, or service you receive there. Any purchase you make through a hotspot link is between you and that third party.

InspoTap offers a free tier with a limited number of active images, and paid plans with higher (or no) limits. Paid plans are currently activated through a manual payment process: you submit a GCash payment reference for review, and an InspoTap administrator approves or rejects it. Your plan is activated once approved — this isn't instantaneous, and submitting a payment reference doesn't itself guarantee approval.

If your subscription lapses or you're moved back to the free tier, any images beyond the free-tier limit are archived, not deleted — they become inactive but are restorable if you resubscribe. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours; scrape or harvest data from the Service at scale without permission; or impersonate any person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service creates risk or legal exposure for InspoTap or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InspoTap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages related to third-party hotspot links or transactions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
